No Homework due to Rosh Hoshanah (All Grades)

Grade 7:
7th Grade Science (Petersen):
There is a chapter 1 test next Friday, Oct. 10. We will spend time reviewing in class, but for those who are absent I have scanned in a copy of the vocabulary review and a copy of the practice test with an answer key. Please check your Friday FAQ's for a link to the vocab review and chapter test. The real test won't be this long (only about 20 questions). There are also review pages in the textbook at the end of the chapter (pages 38-41) that contain helpful review material. The test does require a working knowledge of the vocabulary, but it is mainly a test of the student's understanding of the concepts and ability to think beyond just simple memorized information.
